Operation Manager

• He is responsible for defining the annual MPS and planning production plans, ensuring consistency with business objectives.
• Ensures total quality and continuous improvement through process management, line organization, and process engineering.
• Plans and ensures the correct flow of materials, coordinating supplies and supporting production plans.
• Manages inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, legal and customs documentation, ensuring line availability and spare parts.
• Proposes and supervises investments in the plant, production, and logistics, ensuring compliance with deadlines and costs.
• Coordinates maintenance of systems, buildings, and equipment, ensuring efficiency and operational continuity.
• He supervises safety procedures in the Production & Logistics area and is responsible for signing technical and customs documents.
• Ensures adequate production resources, collaborates with all company departments, and coordinates strategically with Purchasing to maximize efficiency, quality, and financial results.

Essentials/Must have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical or electrical/electronic.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, production planning, and materials, with the ability to supervise all phases of the production cycle.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the metalworking industry.
• Advanced supply chain expertise, from inbound/outbound logistics to warehouse management.
• Familiarity with preparing production and investment budgets.
• Experience in leading and operationally managing complex organizational structures.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, motivating others to responsibly meet established deadlines.
• Knowledge of Lean logic and possession of Six Sigma certification (Black/Green Belt).
• Good knowledge of the English language.
