Main activities
· Contribute to the definition and implementation of the regional and commodity sourcing strategy (product categories: castings and related machined components, turning, painting/heat treatments, CNC machining suppliers, gear pump and valve suppliers).
· Manage and develop the assigned supplier panel, monitoring their performance in terms of quality, costs, deliveries, and innovation.
· Conduct supplier sourcing and benchmarking activities through RFQs and TCO analyses.
· Negotiate commercial conditions and contractual agreements with strategic suppliers.
· Support the development of new suppliers and the qualification of new components (design review, PPAP validation, etc.).
· Collaborate with internal functions to prevent risks in the supply chain and ensure continuity of supplies.
· Monitor and analyze sourcing KPIs and define improvement actions.
· Ensure compliance with company sourcing processes and standards.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
· Degree in Economics, Engineering or related discipline.
· Experience in purchasing/sourcing, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing context.
· Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
· Experience in managing and developing international suppliers.
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
· Willingness to travel and work in an international context.
Preferential/Nice to have
· Specialization or training in sourcing/procurement.
· Good analytical and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work in a team and collaborate with internal functions and international stakeholders.
· Experience in managing and developing international suppliers.
