National Sales Manager

Lead and manage the promotion and commercial development of products related to the “TYTAN PROFESSIONAL” brand (foams, sealants, waterproofing adhesives, insulation, etc.) in the retail channel for the construction sector.

Main activities

  • Manage and coordinate all commercial activities of the retail channel in Italy, with particular attention to the coordination and guidance of existing collaborators as well as the development and consolidation of the sales network throughout the country, both direct (regional area manager) and indirect (agencies).
  • define a business development plan for your channel and target customers
  • direct activity at Key Company Accounts
  • monitor KPIs by verifying the achievement of pre-established targets and preparing reports for the Group's General Management and HQ
  • collaborate with other entities of the Group, for the consolidation activities of the Italian headquarters, and of the related market
  • collaborate in change management activities resulting from the introduction of technological innovation tools (AI)

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • degree in economics, management/organization or technical subjects or equivalent education
  • solid experience in sales roles of responsibility in structured corporate contexts
  • commercial experience gained in the retail and GDS construction channel
  • ability to manage, develop and motivate complex sales networks
  • familiarity with data analysis and advanced use of CRM for reporting and KPI monitoring
  • strong negotiation skills for managing complex deals
  • good knowledge of the English language


Preferential/Nice to have

  • experience in selling products and materials for construction, infrastructure, building, and chemicals
  • specific studies carried out in the sales and marketing field (university courses, master's degrees, specialized training, etc.)
  • experience in sales network review projects carried out in complex structures
  • experience in international companies or groups

Compensation Package

  • CCNL: Chemical Industry
  • Classification: A1 Framework
  • RAL: €80,000 - €90,000 and - in any case - defined on the basis of the skills and seniority of the identified profile
  • MBO: 20% of RAL
  • Performance Bonus: in the forms possibly provided for in the contract
