Main activities
- Welcoming guests, customers and suppliers;
- Switchboard management: receiving and routing calls;
- Incoming and outgoing mail management;
- Support for the purchase of office supplies and services;
- Maintaining office spaces (meeting rooms, supplies, ordering, basic maintenance);
- Support for administrative and general secretarial activities;
- Carrying out minor bureaucratic procedures and administrative/organizational tasks (e.g., purchasing revenue stamps, postal operations, etc.).

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Diploma;
- Previous experience in front office, secretarial or reception roles;
- Good knowledge of the English language (oral and written);
- Excellent command of Microsoft tools: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel;
- Familiarity with the switchboard, reception tools, and document management.
Preferential/Nice to have
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Professionalism, confidentiality and courtesy;
- Precision and attention to detail;
- Ability to organize priorities and manage requests;
- Ability to work in person and interact with people.
