Airport Infrastructure Development Manager

• Coordinate the design and construction of new airport infrastructure, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and safety standards (ICAO, ENAC, EASA).
• Supervise the execution of works and project management, monitoring schedules, costs, quality, and relationships with contractors, construction management, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage construction site activities in a complex operational context, with attention to aspects that could interfere with airport operations.
• Ensure coordination between various internal and external stakeholders, including corporate functions, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
• Support project technical documentation, including document review, project accounting, and reporting updates.
• Collaborate with the Safety Management System (SMS) structure for the correct application of airport safety principles and procedures.

Essentials/Must have

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, with professional qualification and registration in the professional register for at least 5 years.
• Previous experience in design, construction management, accounting management, and coordination of public works, preferably with contracting authorities or engineering firms in the transport infrastructure sector.
• Solid knowledge of regulations, including: Public Contracts Code and special sectors, health and safety regulations, national and local technical and urban planning regulations, fire safety regulations, airport regulations.
• Autonomy in managing complex construction sites and relationships with contractors, construction management, inspection bodies, and testing commissions.
• Proficiency in using IT tools, including Office Automation and AutoCAD.
• Ability to manage orders, job accounting, and operational processes in complex environments with operational interference.
• Knowledge of the principles of the Safety Management System (SMS) and aptitude for collaboration with the dedicated company structure.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Availability to travel.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit )

Permanent, full-time position with salary commensurate with experience.
