Main activities
As part of an internal job rotation plan and natural progression in senior coordination positions, the company is seeking a candidate capable of ensuring the availability, reliability, and operational continuity of its fleet by coordinating mechanical, electrical, bodywork, and tire maintenance activities.
The role ensures organizational efficiency, supervision and coordination of team managers leading technical teams, the quality of interventions, and the correct application of safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of technical team leaders, evaluating their performance and promoting their professional development with a focus on safety, meritocracy, transparency, and accountability.
- Schedule fleet maintenance operations (mechanical, electrical, bodywork, tires).
- Assume the role of Technical Manager for auto repair activities pursuant to Law 122/92.
- Ensure fleet availability and reliability within the relevant catchment area by identifying and implementing continuous improvement actions.
- Monitor the correct execution of maintenance activities carried out by third-party suppliers (full service, warranties).
- Supervise the activities of directly reporting personnel regarding the correct and timely use of IT systems to support maintenance in terms of reporting, accuracy, and usability of data.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Proven experience in the role in similar contexts (Trucks, Buses, heavy vehicles).
- Technical Diploma: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or equivalent or Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical
- Excellent organizational skills and team building abilities.
- Soft skills: leadership, accountability, problem solving, determination, reliability, effective communication.
- Digital skills: Microsoft 365, heavy vehicle maintenance applications.
Preferential/Nice to have
- Having worked in a technical coordination role in transport companies, whether freight or passenger.
- Category D/DE driving licence (or commitment to obtain it within 12 months).

Compensation Package
