Main Responsibilities
The goal is to strengthen the commercial presence in Italy , consolidating relationships with HORECA distributors and increasing penetration among artisans . At the same time, it is necessary to structure and manage the sales network and effectively integrate sales and marketing activities to sustain growth and make market action more consistent.
- Business development and customer management
driving business growth through new opportunities and strengthening customer relationships, ensuring constant monitoring of their needs
- Coordination of 2 Area Managers + any Agents
Provide supervision and support to the team in the field, promoting alignment on objectives and improving commercial performance
- Presidium of the territory
Monitor local dynamics and identify new business opportunities with an active and continuous presence in different geographical areas
- Collaboration with marketing
Integrate strategies and initiatives with the marketing team to support sales activities and strengthen brand visibility and positioning.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- 8–15 years of experience in the food sector, preferably in flour or yeast or tomato or oil or ingredients and/or food companies that have developed the HORECA market
- Negotiation skills and results orientation
- Experience in team management
- Negotiating skills
- Availability to be present in the area 3-4 days a week
Preferential/Nice to have
- Domicile in Emilia Romagna
