Global Brand Manager

She is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans globally. She leads the launch of innovative products, campaigns, and promotional programs, ensuring their implementation within the timeframes agreed upon with the brands.

Main activities

  • Develop three-year plans with objectives, strategies and tactics, in close collaboration with the VP;
  • Design and development of new products from concept to industrialization, in line with brand strategy;
  • Creation of promotional programs, POS materials, VMs, display layouts, and engagement tools both in-store and digital;
  • Definition of creative needs, coordination with agencies, supervision of shootings and creation of visual materials;
  • Monitoring trends and competitors, creating presentations for global meetings and launches;
  • Coordination with Operations, Sales, Trade, PR and other functions to bring new products to market;
  • Management of alignments, approvals and communications with licensees;
  • Preparation and management of the annual budget, trademark registration, project documentation.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines;
  • Many years of experience gained in the role in companies in the Fragrance, Beauty or Luxury sectors;
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, with solid grammatical and lexical skills.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Canva, AI tools and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
  • Strong passion for brand marketing, organizational, communication, and collaborative skills, as well as creativity, innovation, and a propensity for analysis;
  • Desirable residence/domicile in Florence;
  • Knowledge of the French language.

Compensation Package

The position includes a permanent contract with a salary commensurate with actual professional experience gained + MBO 12% of the RAL upon achievement of objectives.
