Role Mission: The candidate ensures comprehensive administrative and accounting management, ensuring accurate records, proper general accounting, and compliance with tax and operational deadlines. The candidate actively contributes to the preparation of the EEC budget, supporting closing activities, adjustment entries, and coordinating with external consultants.
She also supports the Administrative Manager in the day-to-day management of the office, in the operation and supervision of procedures, and in the organization of document and information flows, ensuring efficiency, order, and operational continuity throughout the entire function.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Complete administrative management
- General accounting and double-entry bookkeeping
- Accounting records for active and passive cycles
- Bank management, reconciliations and payment schedules
- VAT settlements and ordinary tax obligations
- Management of first note, fixed assets and accrued/deferrals
- Support in the drafting of the EEC budget
- Preparation of depreciation
- Adjustment and rectification entries
- Support in accounting closing activities
- Collaboration with consultants and auditors
Support and assistance to the Administrative Manager
