Field Service Engineer

The Resource will ensure routine maintenance, on-site technical assistance, and the proper functioning of the radiological equipment present at the group's offices.

Main activities

  • Perform scheduled routine maintenance on radiological equipment (X-rays, mammography, CT, low-field MRI, digital systems, workstations);
  • Manage fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and functional restoration of equipment in the event of malfunctions;
  • Conduct electrical safety checks and performance tests according to technical regulations and company protocols;
  • Ensure full documentation of interventions through technical reporting, recording on internal systems, and updating machine history;
  • Collaborate with internal departments and any suppliers for requests for spare parts, software updates, or specialized interventions;
  • Monitor the status of equipment and proactively report any critical issues or need for extraordinary interventions;
  • Support the installation, setup and commissioning of new equipment;
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards (IEC, Legislative Decree 81/08, radiation protection regulations) during all activities;
  • Maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with healthcare professionals, ensuring a high customer experience.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Technical diploma (Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Biomedical) or Degree in Biomedical / Electronic Engineering;
  • Even brief experience in technical assistance on electromedical equipment, preferably in the imaging field;
  • Ability to read technical documentation and electrical/electronic diagrams;
  • Autonomy, ability to organize activities and manage multiple locations;
  • Precision and safety orientation;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with technical and healthcare personnel;
  • Proactivity in preventing malfunctions or operational risks.

Compensation Package

Salary range between 35 and 45,000 Euros.
