Management of the promotion and commercial development of products related to the “TYTAN PROFESSIONAL” brand (foams, sealants, waterproofing adhesives, insulation, etc.) in the retail channel for the North-East area.

Main activities

  • develop clientele and increase business opportunities in the assigned area
  • monitor the territory by ensuring optimal coverage, maximum visibility of the proposed technical solutions, correct market positioning, and the development of opportunities
  • train, support and supervise the network of agents/agencies to effectively cover the assigned channel and area
  • carry out direct activities at the Key Company Accounts present
  • monitor KPIs by verifying the achievement of pre-established targets and preparing reports for your managers

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • work experience in field sales in similar roles (area manager, key account, business developer manager, etc.) in complex corporate contexts
  • knowledge, control and verticalization in the North-East territory
  • knowledge of the retail channel (GDO/GDS/DIY)


Preferential/Nice to have

  • origin of chemical products and materials for construction, infrastructure, building, etc.
  • experience in managing and developing sales agents

Compensation Package

  • CCNL: Chemical Industry
  • Classification: A1 Framework
  • RAL: €55,000 - €65,000 and - in any case - defined on the basis of the skills and seniority of the identified profile
  • MBO: 20% of RAL
  • Performance Bonus: in the forms possibly provided for in the contract
