Area Manager - Nielsen 4

• Development and management of the client portfolio in the area of expertise;
• Management and development of large-scale retail trade and normal trade channels;
• Management of commercial negotiations, including second-level bargaining;
• Monitoring of commercial performance and sales KPIs;
• Market and competition analysis;
• Participation in trade fairs;
• Interface with internal functions to ensure operational effectiveness

Essentials/Must have

• Previous experience in commercial roles in the large-scale retail trade and/or normal trade channels
• Residency in Campania (necessary requirement)
• Autonomy in managing negotiations
• Knowledge of the commercial logic of large-scale retail trade
• Availability to travel within the area

Preferential/Nice to have

• Coming from a NO FOOD background is considered a plus

Company car
