IT Infrastructure & Data Analyst

• Management, maintenance and updating of the company's IT infrastructure (hardware, software and operating systems);
• Technical support for internal users (first and second level help desk) and resolution of major IT issues;
• Monitoring, management and security of networks, IT systems, accounts and access permissions;
• Implementation and management of backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures;
• Analysis, quality control and valorization of company data;
• Creation of Business Intelligence reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes;
• Development, maintenance and updating of BI solutions and corporate applications/websites;
• Collaboration with external IT vendors and drafting/updating technical documentation and operating procedures.

Essentials/Must have

• Degree in STEM subjects;
• Knowledge of the main operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and experience using ticketing and help desk tools;
• Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and pay attention to data quality;
• Experience with relational databases, SQL Server, and writing/optimizing SQL queries;
• Use of Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI or equivalent) and knowledge of the DAX language;
• Good knowledge of the English language.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Networking notions (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP);
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection;
• Basic knowledge of backend development and web application management;
• Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure);
• Basic knowledge of front-end and web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar technologies).

A permanent contract is offered.
