The role of Group Industrial Controller is to support Group Management in the economic and financial governance of industrial areas, ensuring the monitoring of costing processes and the control of operational performance.

Main activities

· Continuous support to Group Management (Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Purchasing) through economic-industrial analyses and management reporting.

· Oversight of industrial costing processes (standard, actual, variance analysis), including streamlining KPIs in line with the Group's control model.

· Management and control of technical data, production cycles, and release of item master data within company workflows.

· Inventory valuation, management of depreciation provisions, monitoring of obsolescence, and inventory accounting.

· Analysis to support pricing policies and commercial decisions.

· Monitoring of direct and indirect industrial costs by cost center and analysis of operational performance.

· Analysis of return on investments (CAPEX) and monitoring of progress against approved budgets.

· Supervision of periodic and year-end inventories, physical-accounting reconciliations, scrapping, and support for audit activities.

· Management of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system and application of the industrial control model provided by the system.

· Management and development of Business Intelligence for the areas of expertise and constant interaction with the industrial representatives of the Group companies.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

· Consolidated experience in industrial management control in structured and/or multi-

society.

· Solid expertise in costing processes (standard and actual), cost control, and variance analysis.

Ability to interact with Operations, Supply Chain and Plant Management functions, with a business-oriented approach.

· Advanced use of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, and reporting/BI tools.

· Good knowledge of English in professional and reporting contexts.


Preferential/Nice to have

· Experience in multinational group contexts or in organizations undergoing transformation/integration.

· Involvement in ERP implementation or evolution projects and industrial control models.

· Effective communication and relational authority, in dialogue with operational functions, plant managers and group management.

· Analytical skills and attention to detail, combined with effective synthesis for top management.
