Production Manager

• Plan and manage the entire production cycle in agreement with the Product Development department;
• Negotiate production capacity, lead times, and contractual terms in collaboration with Purchasing:
• Coordinate internal production lines and external laboratories;
• Monitor production progress, analyzing times, costs and quality;
• Optimize workflows by introducing continuous improvement tools (efficiency KPIs, quality standards, etc.);
• Ensure an effective flow of information to the Quality Department, functional to the correct planning of the activities of the Packaging Technicians;
• Supervise production processes, anticipating potential critical issues and identifying improvement solutions.

Essentials/Must have

• Degree or Diploma, combined with solid experience in similar roles gained in clothing manufacturing companies;
• Good knowledge of English and technical terminology in the sector;
• Familiarity with the main IT tools (ERP, PLM, Excel) and with process optimization logic.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Dynamic approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and attention to detail;
• A commitment to continuous improvement and a focus on finding solutions to streamline production flows and processes;
• Knowledge of production planning and control techniques;
• Experience in managing suppliers and subcontractors, including international ones;
• Interpersonal, negotiation and team management skills.

Possible relocation support.

Permanent contract with salary commensurate with skills and experience.
