Sales Manager

The Resource will be responsible for commercial activities related to the sale of light commercial vehicles (vans, pick-ups, and cars equipped for commercial activities)

Main activities

  • Define and implement sales strategies for light commercial vehicles in the assigned territory (Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta) with the possibility of expanding into new territories;
  • Analyze the market, competition and industry trends;
  • Set sales targets and monitor their achievement;
  • Manage the customer portfolio (companies, fleets, artisans, SMEs, freelancers);
  • Manage and monitor salespeople's activity while maintaining and encouraging their focus on objectives;
  • Manage sales while maintaining a focus on collateral sales services, especially and incisively on financial services as well as insurance, assistance, etc.
  • Effectively plan, manage and monitor appropriate digital marketing activities;
  • Manage an existing client portfolio and develop new business opportunities in the area.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Knowledge of the light commercial vehicle market (trends, competitors, business customer needs);
  • In-depth knowledge of the main financial products and ability to use them as sales leverage;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and customer-focused skills;
  • Knowledge of services related to the sale of the vehicle;
  • In-depth knowledge of the most current and effective digital promotion and sales channels;
  • Availability to travel within the assigned area;
  • Good knowledge of the main IT tools (Office, CRM);
  • Leadership and sales team management skills;
  • Objective and results-oriented (KPIs, budget, margins)
  • Strategic planning and organizational skills.

The conditions of employment include direct hiring, with a gross annual salary (RAL) estimated to be between €55,000 and €75,000 + variable
