Main activities
- Oversee and develop the company's quality system, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations;
- Intervene on production processes with a practical approach, oriented towards quality and efficiency;
- Review and optimize technical data sheets, control plans and operating procedures;
- Supervise quality controls at incoming, on-line and on the finished product;
- Manage corrective and preventive actions, ensuring their speed and effectiveness;
- Coordinate and develop the quality team, supporting their professional growth;
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and other functions to improve operational performance;
- Manage internal and external audits and oversee the maintenance of certifications;
- Support the introduction and management of new certification systems (e.g. ISO 50001).
Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Degree in technical or related disciplines;
- Consolidated experience of at least ten years in quality management roles in manufacturing environments;
- Strong operational and process improvement orientation;
- Knowledge of the main quality management systems and ISO standards;
- Excellent problem-solving and proactivity skills;
- Experience in team management and development1
Preferential/Nice to have
- Familiarity with production efficiency logics (e.g. Lean Manufacturing).
Compensation Package
The figure will be placed at Manager level, in compliance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Paper and Paper Industry, with an indicative RAL of €60,000.
