Knitwear Plant Manager

He will manage the plant's planning, industrialization, production, and logistics processes. He will also lead a major process optimization and improvement project in the knitwear production area.

Main activities

  • Coordinate the modeling, prototyping, sampling, cutting, industrialization, mending, production, quality control and logistics departments;
  • Ensure realistic production planning aligned with business priorities;
  • Manage the assignment of contracts to external laboratories, negotiating financial and operating conditions consistent with company objectives;
  • Supervise production progress and logistics, ensuring that each stage of the production process fully complies with quality standards and meets the deadlines set for individual orders;
  • Support company management in developing the strategic industrial plan;
  • Implement actions to innovate and improve existing processes to reduce inefficiencies and support business development.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Consolidated experience in similar roles in advanced business contexts, preferably in knitwear manufacturing companies;
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, leadership, goal-oriented, and continuous improvement skills;
  • Use of ERP systems and software for Operations process management.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Interest in directly contributing to projects to redefine processes and the Operations structure;
  • In-depth knowledge of knitwear production processes and technological innovation opportunities;
  • Familiarity with production KPIs and continuous improvement tools.

Compensation Package

The hiring process will include a remuneration package consisting of a fixed base and a variable component, designed to reward the best candidates.
