OPERATIONS & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

· Leads and manages Operations by defining MPS and production plans, ensuring capacity, reliability, and full alignment with Business objectives.

· Drives operational excellence through production process control, line organization and process engineering, purchasing coordination and optimization, productivity, and continuous improvement.

· Ensures production continuity by managing material flows and line servicing in close coordination with Supply Chain and procurement.

· Oversees inbound and outbound operational logistics , shipments, and customs obligations, ensuring punctuality, compliance, and availability of spare parts.

· Coordinates maintenance of systems, buildings, and equipment , ensuring efficiency and operational continuity.

· Supervises safety procedures in the Production & Logistics area and is responsible for signing technical and customs documents.

Essentials/Must have

· Degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical or electrical/electronic.

· Consolidated experience in contexts such as earthmoving machinery, agricultural machinery, industrial plants, or companies assembling complex products.

· In-depth knowledge of production processes, production plan development, and materials, with the ability to supervise all phases of the production cycle.

· Advanced supply chain expertise, from inbound/outbound logistics to warehouse management.

· Experience in leading and operationally managing complex organizational structures.

Preferential/Nice to have

· Excellent communication and people management skills.

· Ability to work under pressure, motivating others to responsibly meet established deadlines.

· Knowledge of Lean logic and possession of Six Sigma certification (Black/Green Belt).

· Good knowledge of the English language.
