Main activities

provide legal advice, with a primary focus on civil law;
carry out regulatory and jurisprudential research and analysis;
drafting contracts, legal opinions, and judicial documents, and studying complex legal issues;
represent clients in court;
manage relationships with customers, counterparties, and other parties involved, ensuring maximum confidentiality of the information processed.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

Law degree and qualification to practice law;
professional experience gained in the role;
solid knowledge of the relevant legislation;
excellent legal research and analysis skills;
good communication and negotiation skills;
high sense of responsibility, professional integrity and confidentiality;
Knowledge of the English language is an advantage.
