Maintenance Manager

• Lead day-to-day operations, coordinating internal team and external collaborators;
• Ensure full coverage of ordinary, extraordinary, and preventative maintenance activities on buildings, structures, and technological systems;
• Define, plan, and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs in line with real estate priorities;
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies
• Monitor, control and report the budget;
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance team activities.

Essentials/Must have

• Experience gained in maintenance management roles, preferably in a hotel or real estate context;
• Ability to manage budgets and control operating costs;
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Use of ERP systems;
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
• Internal and external customer orientation.
