Main activities
- Coordinate, guide and supervise production personnel on shift;
- Ensure the correct progress of production activities in compliance with the defined priorities and assigned targets;
- Monitor the proper functioning of lines and systems, promptly reporting any anomalies or inefficiencies and activating the relevant support functions;
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards regarding safety, quality, operational order and efficiency;
- Promptly manage process criticalities, production unforeseen events, and the need to reallocate resources across production lines;
- Monitor the shift's production progress, verifying correct data recording and preparing the relevant progress reports;
- Oversee organizational and management aspects related to assigned personnel, including the management of holidays, permits, replacements, breaks, and absence coverage;
- Support the onboarding, mentoring, and operational training of less experienced personnel, promoting uniformity of method and compliance with procedures;
- Monitor the team's proper organizational behavior and compliance with company regulations during the shift;
- Collaborate continuously with the Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Human Resources Managers to ensure continuity, timely intervention, and process effectiveness.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Experience gained in coordination roles within structured production contexts;
- Consolidated leadership, personnel management and operational organization skills;
- Ability to problem solving and manage technical-production critical issues;
- Good familiarity with IT tools and monitoring/reporting systems;
- Availability to work continuous shifts.
Preferential/Nice to have
- A degree, even a three-year degree, in Engineering or similar technical-industrial disciplines is a preferential qualification.

Compensation Package
National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Paper and Paper Industry
RAL in the range of 30-35K + Productivity bonus and performance bonus
