Area manager - Lombardy and Piedmont

The Area Manager will be responsible for coordinating the single-mandate agents throughout the territory and managing the assigned sales outlets in the provinces of Lombardy and Piedmont.

Main activities

  • Directly manage the assigned sales points, developing their turnover
  • Coordinate, organize and manage the network of external agents
  • Ensure alignment between agents and points of sale
  • Support and guide agents in achieving commercial objectives
  • Monitor performance, territorial coverage and quality of commercial activities
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Management during the growth and reorganization phase of the network
  • Prepare structured sales reports and feedback on territory and agents

Requirements

Hard Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree
  • At least 5 years of previous experience in the role gained in manufacturing companies in the construction, furniture, lighting or similar sectors
  • Knowledge of network business dynamics and multipoint management systems
  • Strong propensity for coordinating external resources
  • Ability to manage sales outlets and agents simultaneously
  • Mastery of pricing, assortment, and category management logic.


Soft skills:

  • Strong leadership, authority and organisational skills
  • Operational approach and results orientation
  • Availability for frequent activities in the area.
