Sales Account Executive

He will be responsible for achieving the sales budget through business development and customer portfolio management. He will ensure business growth, improved margins, and the consolidation of key relationships.

Main activities

  • Manage business plans and customer development strategies;
  • Independently manage the customer portfolio, ensuring growth and loyalty;
  • Ensure that budget targets and assigned margin levels are achieved;
  • Develop and consolidate high-level business relationships through a constant presence on the market ;
  • Collaborate with internal functions to ensure the effectiveness and quality of the service;
  • Ensure the overall quality of commercial action, with a focus on conditions, margins, timing and delivery methods;
  • Monitor the credit situation and support the regularity of payments ;
  • Ensure timely monitoring of sales reporting and correct updating of CRM tools.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Consolidated relationships with the main players in the wine & spirits/food sector;
  • Ability to use sales and business development techniques (B2B) ;
  • Ability to analyze data , margins and financial KPIs.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Strong customer and service quality orientation;
  • Strategic thinking and development vision;
  • Time management and organization;
  • Use of CRM and reporting tools;
  • Good knowledge of the language .

Compensation Package

The remuneration package includes a gross salary of approximately 60–80 K + bonus .
