Technical Assistance Interventions Contact Person

• collect requests for intervention made by customers
• assign appointments to colleagues in the technical area for installations and maintenance
• monitor each technician's workload to correctly assign tasks
• act as a point of contact for customer needs
• monitor spare parts inventory levels, place orders, and invoice materials.

Essentials/Must have

• At least 1 year of experience in the role, preferably in a technical/spare parts context
• Autonomy with the Italian and German languages
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Knowledge of Autocad is appreciated for understanding drawings and spare parts
• Experience in the plumbing and heating/HVAC sector is welcome
• Technical or economic degree.

Meal vouchers from €8.

The position is expected to be permanent, full-time, with a gross salary of approximately €35,000.
