Main activities
• Conduct systematic market research for new business opportunities in assigned markets (Northern and Central Europe, Central and South America, Middle East and India);
• Manage relationships with local distributors, agents or other potential stakeholders for the company;
• Plan travel independently (at least 30-50% of the time will be spent traveling for client visits or industry events);
• Check monthly the trend of turnover , the trend of new products, customer satisfaction (product quality, service, complaints);
• Participate, manage and contribute to the organization of events : fairs, product presentations, etc.;
• Attend customer visits to the office and any related activities;
• Prepare reports for Management .

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Technical and/or economic diploma or degree;
- Minimum experience (2-3 years) in similar roles, developed in medium-structured contexts, in sectors related to the chemical sector;
- Availability to travel .
Preferential/Nice to have
- Knowledge of English , knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus;
- Knowledge of the reference markets;
- Experience in the chemical sector or related sectors;
- Good communication skills;
- Negotiation skills and ability to build customer loyalty.

Compensation Package
The RAL will be defined based on the actual seniority of the identified figure, a salary range between €45,000 and €55,000 is imagined.
