Process Engineer Manager

• The analysis, mapping, design, monitoring and continuous improvement of business processes;
• Ensure operational efficiency;
• Define KPIs and monitor performance, as well as ensure compliance, quality, and regulatory compliance, including with respect to the constraints set by Regulatory Authorities;
• Ensure cost control;
• Implement digitalization, innovation, and automation processes;
• Operational coordination and participation in change management projects;
• Alignment with corporate and DOLOMITI ENERGIA group strategies.

Essentials/Must have

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent technical-managerial-organizational disciplines;
• Consolidated experience in Process Engineering, Business Process Management or Continuous Improvement, gained in structured corporate contexts;
• Knowledge of process mapping and reengineering methodologies;
• Experience in defining and monitoring process KPIs;
• Familiarity with digitization, workflow management, RPA, and process mining tools.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Experience in the public services sector and/or in in-house providing;
• Experience in maintenance services;
• Certifications in BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management;
• Knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and audits;
• Knowledge of advanced AI use.

• Hiring: permanent.
• CCNL: Gas Water.
• Level: Framework.
• RAL: range €60,000 - €70,000, enhancing the skills and seniority of the identified profile.
• Performance Bonus: in the forms provided for by company policy (approximately 1 month's salary).
• MBO: a bonus of up to €5,000 - €10,000 is expected.
• Accommodation: Temporary home accommodation options are available for up to 36 months.
• Home working: As per company policy, once the probationary period has been completed, employees can work from home for up to 2 days a week (3 days if they live further than 30 km away and/or have minor children, and/or belong to a protected category).
