Main Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Promote the implementation of the Group's strategic priorities, ensuring consistency, speed of execution and value generation;

• Intercept and enhance input from the market and strategic customers, facilitating their translation into improvement, innovation and organizational development initiatives.

• Promote a structured approach to planning and resource allocation, favoring the best balance between ambition and implementation capacity;

Facilitate collaboration across different functions, business units and geographies, strengthening organizational alignment ;

• Lead and develop an international management structure , consolidating skills, accountability and results orientation;

• Ensure visibility and constant monitoring of the progress of key activities and projects, highlighting opportunities, critical issues and corrective actions ;

• Support the correct management of project variations and economic valorization opportunities , contributing to the improvement of profitability and the creation of value;

• Develop performance measurement systems and management decision support tools;

• Spread a managerial culture based on executive discipline , continuous improvement and attention to results.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Experience gained in Automation Machinery, Industrial Equipment or complex Plant Engineering contexts, characterised by high interaction with the customer and management of highly technical programs

  • Experience building and fostering a performance- and execution-oriented PMO culture.

  • Experience managing complex programs with direct responsibility for interacting with strategic clients and international stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to transform data and information into actionable business insights;

  • Authoritative leadership and proven experience in managing and developing projects and teams ;

  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and consensus-building skills, combined with a practical approach and a strong propensity for making things happen.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Familiarity with international, multi-site environments characterized by strong growth

  • Track record in managing complex organizational change or business transformation programs;

  • Experience implementing Lean organizations.

Compensation Package
