Digital Marketing & App Experience manager

The individual will be responsible for leading the development and evolution of digital products into apps, ensuring an effective user experience consistent with the marketing strategy and promoting adoption and customer value.

Main activities

  • Gather and translate business requirements into actionable digital solutions;
  • Manage complex and cross-cutting digital projects;
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives;
  • Manage roadmaps, dependencies, go-lives, and service continuity;
  • Monitor delivery quality and manage critical issues;
  • Drive user experience in apps and digital products;
  • Analyze data, KPIs, and behavioral insights to guide decisions;
  • Prioritize and evolve digital products into apps, guiding their adoption and use.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Senior experience in program and digital product management on customer facing products;
  • Ability to manage complex digital products end-to-end and coordinate multiple stakeholders;
  • Strong customer value orientation with skills in digital marketing, customer experience, and data analytics.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Experience in the banking or financial products sector, digital product management/digital marketing consultancy firms, the consumer goods sector, or more generally the B2C retail world;
  • Advanced knowledge of App ecosystems and complex digital products;
  • Experience in designing customer journeys and digital flows;
  • Product-oriented approach focused on user experience;
  • Data analysis and KPI usage skills;
  • Transversal leadership and mediation skills;
  • Structured problem solving and complexity management;
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
