Main activities
- Management of the Fund's general accounting (journal entries, accounting reconciliations, periodic checks);
- Support the preparation of the financial statements and periodic reporting (quarterly/half-yearly), in coordination with consultants and auditors.
- Monitor and control internal administrative and accounting procedures, ensuring their consistency, updating, and correct application;
- Operational control over outsourced functions;
- Manage and verify contribution flows, individual position valuations, and social security data;
- Collaborate with internal control functions (auditing, risk management) and with the Fund's bodies;
- Prepare documentation and reports for the Board of Directors, the Board of Auditors and the Supervisory Authorities.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Economics or related disciplines in the economic-administrative area.
Preferential/Nice to have
- Postgraduate specialized training (advanced training courses, master's degrees, doctorates);
- Experience preferably in pension funds or supplementary pension schemes.

Compensation Package
A permanent contract is offered in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Tertiary Sector with a gross annual salary of between €45,000 and €55,000.
