Investment, Performance and ESG Analyst

The resource will be placed in the Finance Area to support investment management and analysis, ensuring consistency with current regulations and the strategic guidelines of the Pension Fund's governing bodies, including on ESG issues.

Main activities

  • Analyze the performance of sectors and financial managers;
  • Prepare periodic reports on returns and risks;
  • Analyze financial markets and the macroeconomic context;
  • Support investment decisions in public and private markets;
  • Collaborate with managers, advisors and custodian banks;
  • Prepare technical documentation for the Board of Directors, Investment Committee, and COVIP;
  • Verify the consistency of investments with the legislation (COVIP, Legislative Decree 252/2005);
  • Collaborate with Risk Management, Compliance and Internal Audit;
  • Conduct ESG analysis of the Fund's investments.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Business Sciences or related disciplines;
  • Professional experience in finance and investments;
  • Solid knowledge of financial instruments and portfolio management logic.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Postgraduate specialized training (advanced training courses, master's degrees, doctorates);
  • Experience in monitoring financial performance and risks;
  • Knowledge of public and private financial markets;
  • Quantitative analysis and financial reporting skills;
  • Analytical approach and results orientation;
  • Accuracy, reliability and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work in regulated and structured environments;
  • Experience in pension funds or supplementary pension provision in general;
  • Knowledge of ESG investing regulations and practices.

Compensation Package

A permanent contract is offered in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Tertiary Sector with a gross annual salary of between €45,000 and €55,000.
