Head of Administration, Finance and Control

A historic company, a leader in IT services and consulting, is seeking a Head of Administration, Finance, and Control to lead the function, support management, and focus on improving internal processes.

Main activities

  • Accounting/administrative management (for example: active cycle, passive cycle, general accounting, management control, balance sheets, consolidation, etc.);
  • Management of tax and related reporting obligations;
  • Group financial management and treasury;
  • Preparation of financial statements of group companies and related tax consolidation;
  • Provide support to the CEO in defining and managing new proposals, as well as supporting him with compliance activities;
  • Comparison with supervisory bodies in general (from the board of auditors/auditors to the Revenue Agency);
  • Improvement of accounting/administrative processes with a view to simplifying and optimizing activities;
  • Coordination of direct collaborators by assigning tasks and verifying results as well as promoting their technical and professional growth;
  • Coordination with other company departments for change management activities resulting from the introduction of technological innovation tools (AI).

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Master's degree in economics or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 10 years of work experience in administrative management roles.
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Experience in closing financial statements and preparing consolidated financial statements.
  • Knowledge of organized business processes.
  • Having gained significant experience in complex organizational settings, where intense interpersonal activity is expected.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Experience gained in structured and/or auditing companies or professional firms;
  • Training/specialization in administration and taxation (master's degree, further specialized training, etc.);
  • Experience in the service sector;
  • Knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and audits;
  • Knowledge of advanced AI use.

Benefits

  • Car for mixed use and other benefits provided for by company policy (meal vouchers, cell phone, PC, etc.).
  • Welfare: There is currently NO corporate welfare policy.

Compensation Package

  • Hiring: permanent.
  • CCNL: Metalworking industry.
  • Level: Framework.
  • RAL: range €60,000 - €70,000, enhancing the skills and seniority of the identified profile.
  • Other compensation: Once the position has been stabilized, other compensation related to participation on the boards of directors of group companies is possible, based on demonstrated skills.
  • Company Performance Bonus: in the forms provided for by the parent company's policy (30% above EBITDA distributed to employees).
  • Accommodation: At the moment, there is NO possibility of providing temporary accommodation.
  • Relocation: relocation of your permanent residence is NOT currently foreseen.
  • Home working: as per company policy, it is possible to carry out active work from home, once the probationary period has been completed, for up to 2 days/week.
  • Training: specific training sessions are planned to strengthen skills, with times and methods to be agreed upon with the CEO.
  • Flexible working hours: The flexible working hours currently in use are available to all Company employees.
