Marketing Manager

Lead the development of the offering, ensuring completeness, distinctiveness, volume growth, and customer loyalty through targeted marketing initiatives.

Main activities

  • Defines market, channel, product and pricing strategies in line with company objectives, identifying new development opportunities and ensuring sustainable results over time
  • Develops the marketing plan, defining market shares, volumes, margins and priorities, coordinating the team towards achieving the objectives
  • Analyzes the market, customers, competitors and trends, translating insights into offers, value propositions and product and service development
  • Collaborates with the sales department to ensure consistency between strategy and commercial proposal; develops support materials (catalogs, price lists, promotional tools) and supports the sales force in complex negotiations.
  • Interacts with the purchasing function in managing and negotiating agreements with suppliers, contributing to the development of partnerships and inventory optimization
  • Monitor performance through KPIs (turnover, margins, mix, category trends, ROI), evaluating the effectiveness of initiatives
  • Coordinates and develops the team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Ensures the effectiveness of marketing communication plans, both offline and digital, tailored to target audiences and sales channels.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Degree
  • At least 10 years of experience in product marketing in medium-large structured companies, including at least 5 years in management roles with team coordination responsibilities, preferably in the distribution sector (e.g., office, consumer goods, equipment, non-clinical medical, cosmetics, food, spare parts, etc.)
  • Consolidated expertise in product marketing across large and complex portfolios (assortment, range, pricing, offers)


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Experience in multi-channel contexts (agents, e-commerce, inside sales, etc.)
  • Master's and/or specialization in Marketing
