National Project Manager

• Supervision and management of contracts in the field of facility management, photovoltaic systems and maintenance activities;
• Overseeing and coordinating operational activities nationwide, ensuring operational consistency, resource optimization, and consistency with company standards;
• Coordination and management of technical operational teams distributed throughout the country;
• Planning, organization, and supervision of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities on electrical systems and complex technological systems;
• Management of Work Progress Reports (SAL), with continuous monitoring of orders and updating of technical-economic documentation;
• Ensure compliance with budgets, timelines, quality levels, and contractual obligations, in line with the agreements defined with the client;
• Coordination and management of design activities;
• Preparation, analysis, and monitoring of monthly and annual reporting to support top management.

Essentials/Must have

• Coordination and management of numerous technical operational teams, distributed throughout the country, ensuring their effectiveness, alignment with objectives, and optimization of resources;
• Degree in Mechanical or Energy or Electrical or Electrotechnical Engineering , with professional qualification and registration in the Register of Engineers.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Specific experience gained in structured national and international contexts operating in the plant, energy and facility sectors;
• Knowledge of systems and tools for order management control;
• Knowledge of the English language, excellent command of the Microsoft Office package.
