Proposal Specialist

• Analysis of technical specifications and tender documents (RFP/RFQ) to identify project constraints and specifications;
• Preparation of the bill of quantities and cost calculations (materials, labor, logistics) by interfacing with the purchasing office and external suppliers;
• Collaborate with the Technical Office to define the most efficient engineering solution;
• Prepare the technical documentation and the final financial offer, taking care of both the technical substance and the effectiveness of the presentation;
• Identify potential technical or contractual risks associated with the offering and propose mitigation strategies.

Essentials/Must have

• A degree in one of the following disciplines is considered an advantage: electrical engineering, management, or economics.
• Knowledge of the procurement code, experience with public tenders, and relevant technical regulations, including those relating to safety and the environment.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Complex business plans

A RAL of between 45K-60K is expected

A group operating in the integrated technical services sector, focusing on energy efficiency, advanced plant management, and environmentally sustainable solutions for public and private clients.
