Proposal Engineer

• Analysis of technical specifications and tender documentation (RFQ/RFP/ITT) to identify requirements, constraints and design criticalities;
• Preparation of technical-economic offers for EPC projects in the plant and energy sectors ;
• Technical analysis and independent evaluation of cost estimates for public and private sectors;
• Collaboration for the definition of integrated system solutions (electrical, energy and photovoltaic);
• Participation in technical meetings and negotiations with public and private clients.

Essentials/Must have

• Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, Management or similar), mandatory requirement;
• Consolidated experience in preparing technical-commercial offers in the EPC and plant engineering fields;
• Knowledge of public tenders, procurement codes, and industry technical regulations (safety, environment, and systems).

Preferential/Nice to have

• Experience in electrical systems, renewable energy and photovoltaics;
• Knowledge of pricing and cost control systems on complex orders;
• Experience in multinational contexts or as an EPC contractor;
• Advanced reading skills of P&IDs and plant technical documentation;
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM tools (e.g. SAP, Salesforce);
• Experience in business development activities on international markets;
• Ability to manage multiple projects in structured environments.

A RAL of between 45K-60K is expected

A group operating in the integrated technical services sector, focusing on energy efficiency, advanced plant management, and environmentally sustainable solutions for public and private clients.
