This position will work closely with Operations Management, the Technical Department, and the Legal department, ensuring efficiency, speed, regulatory compliance, and environmental sustainability in procurement processes.

Main activities

  • Support in end-to-end management of the procurement cycle: gathering requirements from Operational resources and Staff functions, scouting, negotiation, ordering and control;
  • Research, qualification and evaluation of suppliers, according to technical, economic and reliability criteria, with attention to the requirements set by the CAM (Minimum Environmental Criteria);
  • Creation and updating of the supplier database and register, with qualification activities;
  • Drafting, updating, and reviewing supply contracts, in coordination with the Legal and Operations departments;
  • Management of purchase requests (PUR), issuing orders and monitoring delivery times;
  • Support in drafting and updating internal procurement procedures, in compliance with ISO processes and company guidelines, with proper management of related documentation;
  • Collaboration with the Operations structure for the periodic evaluation of supplier performance;
  • Reporting activities for the activities under your jurisdiction.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Technical diploma or degree (preferably in Engineering, Architecture, Economics or related disciplines);
  • Experience in similar roles in the plant, construction, or related sectors (facility management, energy service company, construction, etc.);
  • Knowledge of purchasing logic and technical regulations related to systems (electrical, mechanical, thermal), building materials and components;
  • Negotiation skills, priority management, results orientation;
  • Accuracy, integrity, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM) and with the Public Administration specifications;
  • Proficiency in using corporate ERP and Office Automation tools.
