Head of Administration, Taxation and Budget

The candidate will be responsible for the administrative and accounting areas of the Operating Group, coordinating a consolidated team of four senior people and overseeing all key administrative, tax, and statutory processes.

Main activities

· Coordinate and supervise the administrative, accounting, and tax areas of the Italian company and its foreign commercial subsidiaries;

· Ensure correct management of general accounting, periodic closings, and the statutory financial statements;

· Oversee the tax return preparation process in collaboration with external consultants and firms;

· Coordinate national and international VAT compliance, including cross-border transactions, exports, triangulation, and relationships with the Revenue Agency and Customs;

· Supervise corporate compliance and bookkeeping;

· Manage and coordinate relationships with external consultants (tax, legal, auditing, professional firms);

· Collaborate with the CFO in the evolution of administrative and financial reporting processes;

· Coordinate and support the team through organizational development, leveraging consolidated internal skills.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Solid knowledge of general accounting and statutory financial statements, corporate taxation, international VAT and foreign transactions, corporate compliance, reporting processes, and monthly closings;

  • Consolidated experience in administrative responsibility roles in structured industrial companies with international operations;

  • Familiarity with management control processes and managerial interpretation of economic and financial data.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Experience in contexts of organizational evolution or managerialization of finance processes;

  • Authoritative and collaborative leadership;

  • Ability to build credibility in consolidated contexts and with strong internal seniority;

  • Organizational sensitivity and relational management skills;

  • Forward-looking vision and the ability to accompany change.
