The Northern Italy Territorial Business Developer will be responsible for developing the business and strategically managing the Central-Northern region, making a key contribution to the launch and growth of the Division.

Main activities

  • Development and strategic positioning:

Market analysis and identification of development opportunities

Definition and implementation of territorial commercial strategies

Support for the Division's competitive positioning

  • Business development and customer management:

New customer acquisition activities (new business)

Management and development of relationships with strategic customers

Negotiating commercial agreements and defining financial offers

Achieving revenue and margin targets

  • Territorial garrison:

Commercial coverage of the Central-Northern territory

Support for the start-up and development of local businesses

Integration between commercial and operational areas

  • Performance and control:

Commercial KPI monitoring

Management by Objectives (MBO)

Structured reporting to Management

Requirements

Essentials/Must have:

  • Technical-professional skills
    • Experience in the Employment Agency (APL) sector
    • Knowledge of the regulations on administration
    • Business development and complex client management skills
    • Strategic approach and market intelligence
