HR Manager Italy & Spain - Industrial Sector

The purpose of the position is to manage all HR processes in line with group policies and to develop all people management activities at the managed sites.

Main activities

  • Oversee the entire HR function, ensuring the implementation and correct application of the Group's HR policies, collaborating with management and company functions
  • Ensure full compliance with labor regulations in Italy and Spain
  • Manage industrial relations, including union negotiations and management of contractual issues
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, development, performance management, offboarding)
  • Collaborate with the corporate HR function for talent acquisition, development, and succession planning processes

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Degree
  • Consolidated HR experience in industrial/production contexts
  • Solid generalist preparation, with the ability to integrate operational and strategic dimensions
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Experience in multinational groups or structured family businesses
  • International mindset and ability to operate in multicultural contexts, high reactivity and speed of execution, flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments
  • Knowledge of Spanish
