Main Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the entire production plant, organized into three work shifts;
- Coordinate production, warehouse, and maintenance areas, ensuring efficiency, plant reliability, and production continuity;
- Collaborate in a structured way with the department managers;
- Plan and monitor production volumes based on company objectives;
- Ensure compliance with food industry regulations, including quality, safety, hygiene and traceability;
- Promote continuous improvement of production and organizational processes;
- Manage and develop plant personnel, fostering a collaborative and constructive climate;
- Act as a facilitator in internal relations, contributing to team harmonization.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
• Diploma or Degree level education in technical engineering disciplines;
• Consolidated experience in the role of Plant Manager or in similar positions of responsibility;
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, maintenance management and shift work organisation;
• Managerial and leadership skills, combined with a pragmatic and operational approach;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for creating cohesion and collaboration between people;
• Orientation towards results, continuous improvement and responsibility.
Preferential/Nice to have
• Coming from structured industrial contexts, preferably in the food sector;
• Ability to operate effectively in family-run businesses, understanding their dynamics and values.

Compensation Package
The conditions of inclusion include direct hiring, with a gross annual salary (RAL) estimated at approximately € 90,000/110,000 .
