Main activities
- Management and archiving of documentation related to shipments and warehouse flows;
- Support for the management of incoming and outgoing goods movements;
- Constant collaboration with production and warehouse to coordinate operational activities;
- Uploading and managing production orders within company management systems;
- Operational supervision and verification of correct power supply of the MES system;
- Control and validation of information related to production cycles;
- Verification of consistency between physical inventory and data present in the system;
- Identification and reporting of any critical issues in operational flows;
- Contribution to improving process efficiency between logistics and operations.
Requirements
Essentials/Must have
High school diploma, preferably in a technical or economic-logistics field;
Experience, even brief, gained in logistics, production, or operations contexts;
Use of enterprise management systems (ERP) to manage orders and operational flows;
Good command of the Office package, with a focus on Excel for data management and control;
Ability to manage logistical and administrative documentation related to warehouse flows;
Familiarity with inventory control activities and system data alignment.
Preferential/Nice to have
- Degree in economics, management or logistics;
- Knowledge of MES systems for production monitoring.
Compensation Package
CCNL Legno Industriale, RAL 25-27K, permanent contract + MBO and Production Bonus for a total of 5-6k gross.
