CSI Piemonte, one of Italy's leading IT companies and a technology partner to over 140 organizations, creates digital public administration services for citizens and businesses, and contributes to the country's digital transformation. It is seeking young people to join the company on a 36-month apprenticeship contract .

ICT APPRENTICES - Ref. 9/2026

We are seeking resources to support a training and development program that will allow them to acquire skills and specialize in areas such as, but not limited to, process analysis and re-engineering, cloud infrastructure, data science, AI, cybersecurity, communications and marketing, graphic and UX design, and ICT assistance and support.


Below are the profiles sought.


Systems Analyst
As a Systems Analyst, you'll develop skills in analyzing IT processes and systems, contributing to the design and development of digital solutions for institutions and organizations in diverse fields such as agriculture, vocational training, labor, demography, commerce, and construction.

During your career, you'll come into contact with the world of public administration, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and participating in digital innovation projects. You'll learn to gather and analyze requirements, support the coordination of activities, and facilitate communication between the various stakeholders.

You will also gain knowledge of key emerging technologies, understanding how these can contribute to improving services to citizens and making organizational processes more efficient.

Supported by experienced professionals, you will develop analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, building a comprehensive vision of ICT projects and their role in the digital transformation of the public sector.


System Administrator
As a System Administrator, you'll develop essential skills to manage and optimize IT systems and networks. You'll learn to ensure the security, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructures, gaining practical experience in configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, databases, cloud environments, and virtualization platforms. This program will build a solid foundation in innovative fields such as Cloud Computing, Data Centers, Infrastructure, and Cyber Security, training professionals ready to face the challenges of digital evolution.


Developer

As a Developer, you'll learn to design and develop software using modern programming languages and technologies, following all phases of creating a digital solution: from needs analysis to development, right up to the release of the final product.

Depending on your chosen field, you may specialize in the development of digital applications and services, in Artificial Intelligence, helping to create data-driven and automation-based solutions, or in cybersecurity, participating in the design of secure systems and applications. You may also work in the web world, designing intuitive and accessible interfaces and the graphic and visual aspects of digital services.

By the end of the program, you will have worked in multidisciplinary teams and acquired technical and design skills that will allow you to contribute to the development of innovative digital services and confidently face the challenges of an ever-evolving sector.

Service support
As a Service Support Specialist, you'll develop skills in ICT assistance and support, learning to identify and resolve technical issues. You'll gain experience using applications, devices, and digital tools, becoming a point of contact for users and helping make work easier, safer, and more effective through technology. This program will enable you to develop essential interpersonal skills for resolving customer issues.


Communication Specialist
As a Communications Specialist, you will acquire skills in digital, institutional, marketing and stakeholder relations communications, helping to enhance projects, services and initiatives through the web, social media and other communication channels and to carry out strategic analyses and proposals in the field of marketing propositions in support of the consortium's commercial activities.

Throughout your journey, you'll collaborate by participating in discussions and collaborative initiatives between organizations. You'll learn to develop effective content, support communication activities with institutions and partners, and contribute to building relationships and partnerships geared towards innovation.

You will also deepen your knowledge of the public administration context and emerging digital technologies, understanding their role in digital transformation and improving public services.

The selection committee will define the professional profile to be achieved in line with the applicant's academic/professional background and based on what emerged during the selection process.

The evaluation of candidates will also take into account the following skills: planning and method, analysis and problem solving, a propensity for learning, interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, research and innovation, the ability to adapt and respond to change, and a focus on quality results.

Knowledge of the English language is also required.


The following requirements will be considered preferential and must be possessed before the final interview stage by the Selection Committee:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degrees in technical/scientific fields, communication sciences, social innovation, communication, and new technologies (qualifications obtained abroad must be recognized as equivalent or equivalent to the corresponding Italian qualification under current legislation, or the procedure to obtain such equivalence or equivalence must have been initiated)
  • Higher Technical Diploma in ICT
  • Professional certifications and/or attendance of ICT specialization courses
  • Experience in public administration contexts, indicating the specific scope and duration
  • Experience in the ICT field, indicating the specific field and duration



What we offer


During the apprenticeship period, candidates will have the opportunity to participate in the Job Rotation project - dedicated to new hires with a professionalizing apprenticeship contract, called - " Jump into the Future " through a dynamic, structured and personalized induction path aimed at the individual's professional growth.

The Project pursues the following objectives:
- learn specific and diversified technical-professional skills
- develop a flexible and transversal working approach
- promote a broader vision of the CSI production chain

The apprenticeship path will be structured as follows:
First year : 70% within the main area and 30% within the secondary area A
Second year : 70% within the main area and 30% in the secondary area B
Third year : consolidation in the main area

Each apprentice will have a dedicated tutor throughout their apprenticeship. There will be opportunities for discussion and monitoring, and upon completion, the most deserving will be eligible for rewards such as scholarships, certifications, trips abroad, and so on.

A professional apprenticeship contract is foreseen (pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2015 and the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce) with the following characteristics:

  • duration: 36 months
  • profile to be achieved: system analyst, system administrator, developer, service support, communications specialist depending on the path outlined;
  • Classification and salary level: from the start of the apprenticeship, the 3rd level of the CCNL Tertiary sector will be recognized, normally recognized upon achievement of the profile; therefore, during the apprenticeship, the sub-classification provided for by the legislation / CCNL, as a more favorable treatment, will not be applied; the Gross Annual Salary (RAL) is equal to the salary established by the CCNL Commerce for the level, determined at the date of publication of this notice at €27,839;
  • Training planned over the 36 months: for candidates with a bachelor's degree, the training will consist of 210 hours of specialized skills and 40 hours of basic and transversal skills; for candidates with a secondary school diploma, the basic and transversal training hours will be 80.


The working hours are 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday with flexibility.

The workplace is planned to be in Turin .



The company-wide supplementary contract applied within the Consortium provides the following benefits for personnel covering the aforementioned profiles:

  • Flexible working hours (flexible entry and exit, time bank), 28 days of annual vacation, 24 hours of paid leave, and additional paid leave in the event of specific circumstances (medical visits, illness);
  • Payment of specific allowances and/or increases in the event of travel, on-call, overtime, and shift work;
  • Welfare and wellbeing services to support employees and their families, such as: company canteen, the option of converting performance bonuses into welfare services via a dedicated platform, the option of joining the Piedmont Region's CRAL (which allows for contributions and agreements, as well as discounted rates for recreational and cultural initiatives), accident insurance, including non-professional accident insurance, supplementary health insurance (FondoEst), supplementary pension fund for the sector (FonTe) or company;
  • Possibility of working through Agile Work or Teleworking from home, compatible with service needs.

In addition to the above, the company's total reward system includes:

In the event of equal evaluation, applications submitted by candidates belonging to the categories referred to in Article 1 of Law No. 68/99 will be considered preferential.

To participate in the selection process, the following requirements must be declared and met by the application deadline and at the time of hiring:

  1. enjoyment of civil and political rights;
  2. not have received criminal convictions (if so, specify);
  3. not have any pending criminal proceedings (if so, please specify);
  4. not be the recipient of provisions for the application of preventive measures or impediments pursuant to Legislative Decree 159/2011;
  5. not having exercised, within the context of a terminated public employment relationship with a public administration in the three years preceding this procedure, authoritative or negotiating powers on behalf of the same Administration with respect to CSI-Piemonte (prohibition pursuant to art. 53 paragraph 16 ter of Legislative Decree 165/2001);
  6. not be in any of the conditions of incompatibility and ineligibility provided for by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 39 of 8 April 2013 regarding the ineligibility and incompatibility of positions in public administrations and private entities;
  7. physical fitness for employment;
  8. not having been removed from employment with a Public Administration and/or private entities required to comply with public regulations for persistent insufficient performance or dismissal following disciplinary proceedings or for the production of false documents;
  9. be in possession of a secondary school diploma (for qualifications obtained abroad, they must be recognized as equivalent or equivalent to the corresponding Italian qualification based on current legislation or the procedure aimed at obtaining equivalence or equivalence has been activated).
  10. age not exceeding 29 years at the time of hiring (as required by apprenticeship laws);

For those who have foreign citizenship, the following are also required:

  1. good knowledge of spoken and written Italian (possibly verified, where deemed necessary, by means of a pre-employment test);
  2. possession of a valid residence permit in Italy pursuant to current legislation (Legislative Decree 286/1998 and subsequent amendments) in the case of non-EU citizenship.

It is also necessary to declare that

  • being/not being a disabled person belonging to the categories referred to in art. 1 of Law 68/99;
  • Not be in any conflict of interest with CSI-Piemonte (in accordance with Article 4.7 of the Consortium's Code of Ethics). Specifically, the Candidate must declare that they are not in any relationship by marriage, civil union, cohabitation, or kinship within the second degree (grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren in the direct line—children of children, siblings) with the political/administrative leaders of client organizations, suppliers, employees, members of the Board of Directors, or members of the Supervisory Bodies of CSI Piemonte. If so, please specify the situation.

At any stage of the selection process, CSI Piemonte reserves the right to request original documentation proving the applicant's possession of the requirements stated when submitting the application and, in any case, prior to hiring.

Application for participation


The application to participate in the selection (Application) must be drawn up using? exclusively? the specific form available? on the institutional website of CSI Piemonte ( www.csipiemonte.it ? in the "Work with us" section) which can be accessed via the Digital Identity System Spid, CIE or CNS no later than August 28, 2026.

CSI Piemonte reserves the right to extend the aforementioned deadline; in this case, notice will be posted on the institutional website. CSI Piemonte reserves the right to revoke the procedure for justified reasons.

The online application (application) can be completed 24 hours a day. If multiple applications are submitted, only the last one will be considered. After the above deadline (also indicated on the online platform), the system will no longer allow submissions, and incomplete applications will no longer be allowed to be forwarded.

The declarations made in the application to participate in the system are considered self-certification pursuant to Presidential Decree no. 445/2000, as amended; therefore, it is not necessary to attach all documentation supporting the declarations when submitting the application.

However, documentation proving possession of the requirements stated in the application must be submitted prior to hiring. In the event of a false declaration, CSI Piemonte may report the incident to the competent authorities, reserving the right to seek compensation for damages suffered.

Selection phase

In compliance with the obligations defined by Legislative Decree 96/2026 transposing EU Directive 2023/970, and consistently with dedicated internal procedures, the CSI does not request or collect information on the previous remuneration or classification of candidates: neither directly during interviews nor through any selection companies, head hunters or other third parties involved in the process.

All job advertisements published by us are intended to be aimed at both genders, people of all ages and nationalities (pursuant to Law 903/77, Legislative Decrees 215/03 and 216/03 as amended, Legislative Decree 198/2006).

The selection will be conducted by a special commission whose composition will take into account respect for gender equality, unless justified otherwise.

The Commission will examine the applications through the following activities:

A. CURRICULAR ANALYSIS: aimed, in a first phase, at excluding candidates who lack the admission requirements for the procedure, also due to the lack of relevance of their skills/experience to the profile sought, and, in a subsequent, more detailed phase, at evaluating the possession of the declared skills/experience compared to those required;

B. COMPARATIVE SELECTION TESTS: The selection will be carried out through one or more tests, in the form of group assessment, individual interview, technical interview - also aimed at identifying the most suitable profile among those indicated in the announcement - psychological aptitude test and English language test.

Once the activities referred to in the previous points A and B have been completed, the Commission will carry out a comparative evaluation of the applications, assigning them a score according to the criteria below:

At the end of the selection procedure, the Commission will draw up a list of suitable candidates in descending order, based on the scores achieved in the evaluation for each of the profiles sought.

The results of the selection process will be published on the CSI-Piemonte website at www.csipiemonte.it in the "Work with Us" section to inform all interested candidates. Specifically, direct written notification will be given to those who participated in all phases of the entire selection process.

The lists of eligible candidates are valid for 12 months from the publication of the results of the procedure and can be used for additional personnel needs consistent with the profiles sought in the notice in question.

The CSI reserves the right to suspend or revoke the selection process due to unforeseen economic or organizational needs, regulatory requirements, or the unsatisfactory quality of the applications received.
