International Sourcing Specialist

· Manage and develop the international supplier portfolio for the assigned product categories

· Conduct commercial negotiations aimed at obtaining the best economic, qualitative and service conditions

· Identify new international sourcing opportunities and monitor the evolution of reference markets

· Participate in European meetings and working groups to define joint agreements, programs and projects

· Analyze market data, consumer trends, and category performance to support purchasing decisions

· Monitor compliance with contractual agreements and supplier performance in terms of quality, prices and service levels

· Contribute to the optimization of purchasing processes and the continuous improvement of international procurement practices

Essentials/Must have:

• Master's Degree in Economics, International Trade, International Relations or related disciplines
• A Master's degree in Procurement, Purchasing, International Business or related fields will be considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in international purchasing, preferably gained in corporate contexts in the retail-mass consumption, food or distribution of goods and services sectors
• Familiarity with purchasing processes, economic analysis and business partnership management
• Fluent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of the French language is a preferential requirement
• Availability to travel internationally

• Excellent command of the Office package, especially Excel
• Ability to interpret data, KPIs and commercial performance indicators
• Negotiation, mediation and diplomacy skills
• Results orientation and ability to work towards objectives

The indicative salary range is €40-45,000 and may vary depending on actual seniority.
