Junior Real Estate Consultant

• Carrying out cadastral, urban planning and building compliance analyses;
• On-site inspection of the properties being valued;
• Analysis of technical documentation, real estate market, and property ownership;
• Preparation of technical and appraisal reports on residential, commercial, and industrial properties;
• Drafting of VIC (Cultural Interest Verification) applications;
• Support client relationship management throughout the various phases of the assignment.

Essentials/Must have

• Technical diploma or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning;
• Mastery of the main urban planning, building and land registry issues;
• Good knowledge of IT tools (Office package);
• Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, stress management and problem solving skills.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Experience, even brief, in a corporate setting or at professional firms.

• Hiring under the CCNL Tertiary, Commerce and Services sector, initial classification at level V with an indicative salary of approximately €24,000 gross per year over 14 months;
