Main activities
- Management of Italian, European, and international patent and trademark renewal procedures;
- Monitoring deadlines and preparing customer notices to initiate renewal procedures;
- Coordination of tax and duty payment activities at the competent offices and foreign correspondents;
- Management of relationships with clients, agents and international interlocutors mainly in English;
- Entering, updating and verifying data within company management systems;
- Support in preparing reports, data extractions and control activities using Excel;
- Management of administrative documentation and communications relating to industrial property practices;
- Collaboration on projects to standardize and automate tax renewal and payment processes.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Experience in professional assistance, technical secretarial or structured administrative support roles;
- Diploma or Degree;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Excellent familiarity with IT tools, databases and Excel spreadsheets;
- Accuracy, reliability, and ability to manage administrative tasks characterized by deadlines, high attention to detail, and operational responsibilities;
Preferential/Nice to have
- Interest in Industrial and Intellectual Property issues.

Benefits

Compensation Package
National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Tertiary Services. Classification and salary range approximately between €22,000 and €30,000 gross per year, to be determined based on skills and experience.
