Supply Planner

• Develop and monitor the monthly forecast based on sales and marketing data;
• Define the finished product supply plan based on expected demand and stock objectives;
• Monitor the progress of the supply plan ensuring that service levels and inventory targets are met;
• Analyze product availability, goods in transit, and potential out-of-stock risks;  
• Share periodic reports with sales and operations functions to support business decisions;
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Operations to manage priorities;  
• Support the launch of new products through proper availability planning;  
• Contribute to the achievement of stock targets and the annual budgeting process relating to production volumes and costs.  

Essentials/Must have

• Previous experience in supply chain planning and/or procurement ;
• Bachelor's degree , preferably in Economics, Business, Finance or related fields;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, Excel , and quantitative analysis skills.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Experience in managing forecasting processes, inventory management and supply/demand planning;
• Familiarity with S&OP processes;
• Experience in managing new product launches;
• Knowledge of replenishment and stock coverage logics;
• Good ability to prioritize and manage tasks in dynamic environments;
• Collaborative attitude and problem-solving orientation.

Clerical level, RAL 40 / 42,000 € + MBO .
