HSE Specialist/RSPP

• Oversee compliance with health and safety at work requirements;
• Ensure that HSE regulatory compliance is maintained and related documentation is updated;
• Carry out monitoring and field presence activities, supporting production departments in identifying and managing risks;
• Collaborate in the management of aspects related to the Seveso Directive and process safety;
• Support the management of the plant's environmental permits and compliance;
• Coordinate fire prevention activities, emergencies and relations with regulatory bodies;
• Support internal audits, inspections, and management system improvement initiatives;
• Assist the Plant Manager in technical and organizational assessments with HSE impact.

Essentials/Must have

• Degree in Engineering/Chemistry or Technical Diploma.
• RSPP qualification in accordance with current legislation;
• Five years' experience in HSE roles within industrial contexts;
• Solid knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations;
• Ability to work closely with operational staff and management.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Proactive problem-solving approach;
• Knowledge of the Seveso Directive, ADR, TULPS and regulations relating to explosive materials;
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 management systems;
• Good knowledge of the English language.

Position offered with a permanent contract at the clerical level, RAL €45,000/50,000 .
