C++ Software Engineer

• Work closely with technical teams involved in electronics, automation, commissioning, and project engineering, contributing to the development of reliable solutions for complex industrial applications.
• Develop application software and embedded or real-time components, participating in the analysis of technical and functional requirements and the definition of software specifications.
• Testing, debugging, validation, and troubleshooting activities, with the aim of ensuring the quality, reliability, and correct integration of the developed solutions.
• Production and updating of technical project documentation, as well as ongoing collaboration with other technical functions involved in the development and commissioning of solutions.

Essentials/Must have

• Good knowledge of the C++ language and the main object-oriented programming paradigms.
• Experience developing C++ on embedded systems. Knowledge of communication protocols, automation systems, or embedded contexts is also an advantage.
• Familiarity with software development environments, versioning tools, preferably Git, and Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Previous professional experience in software development, gained in industrial automation, energy, embedded systems, or in complex technological contexts.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Analytical skills, attention to code quality, and a willingness to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications, careful preparation of documentation, and experience in testing, validation, and debugging.
• Good knowledge of English, especially for reading and writing technical documentation and for interacting with resources in international contexts.

Salary range between €45,000 and €55,000, based on actual experience gained.
