Main activities
- Management of Italian, European, and international patent filing and renewal procedures;
- Management of administrative documentation and communications relating to industrial property practices;
- Monitoring deadlines and preparing customer notices to initiate renewal procedures;
- Coordination of tax and duty payment activities at the relevant offices and through foreign correspondents;
- Management of relationships with clients, agents and international interlocutors mainly in English and German;
- Collaboration in preparing reports for colleagues and clients.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Experience in professional assistance, technical secretarial or structured administrative support roles;
- Diploma or Degree;
- Fluent knowledge of English and German;
- Excellent familiarity with IT tools, databases and Excel spreadsheets;
- Accuracy, reliability and ability to manage administrative tasks characterised by deadlines;
- Proactive approach, ability to interact with diverse audiences and operate in different organizational contexts.
Preferential/Nice to have
- Experience in managing patent practices, gained at industrial property consultancy firms, corporate patent offices or similar entities
